5 out of 5 stars

Marcus, with his vast experience in consensual dispute resolution, suggested we try mediation first. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but his confidence and expertise in collaborative divorce and mediation made me trust the process.

We had our sessions remotely, which was super convenient given my hectic schedule and the fact that I live on the outskirts of Calgary, closer to the beautiful Fish Creek Park. Marcus was incredibly flexible, setting up meetings that worked around my commitments. His approach wasn't just about finding a quick fix; it felt like he genuinely wanted the best outcome for my children and me.

The way Marcus navigated through the complexities of my case was impressive. He has this unique ability to make complicated legal terms and procedures understandable, which eased my anxiety a lot. We managed to settle the dispute without stepping a foot in court, saving me time, stress, and undoubtedly a lot of money.

I also appreciated his broad expertise. Even though my case didn't require it, knowing that he has handled cases with international elements and high net-worth disputes added an extra layer of confidence in his abilities. His reputation in both Alberta and British Columbia is well earned, and it's clear he's respected not just by clients but within the legal community as well.
