5 out of 5 stars

I had the opportunity to work with Aaron on a commercial real estate venture that was, to put it mildly, incredibly complex. Our project involved a multifaceted development in the heart of Edmonton, and honestly, without Aaron's guidance, I'm not sure how we would have navigated the myriad challenges that came our way.

Aaron's depth of knowledge in commercial leasing and development financing is unparalleled. He was instrumental in the acquisition and financing of a landmark property on Jasper Avenue, bringing a level of expertise and calm to the process that was both reassuring and impressive.

What sets Aaron apart isn't just his legal acumen, but his approachability and the genuine interest he takes in his clients' projects. He walked us through every step of our project development, making sure we understood the legal intricacies involved. His advice on municipal law was invaluable, especially given the regulatory hurdles we faced.

5 out of 5 stars

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron on a complex real estate transaction that involved the acquisition of a prime piece of property near the bustling Jasper Avenue in Edmonton. Going into it, I was overwhelmed by the intricacies of commercial real estate deals. Aaron, with his extensive experience in the field, especially with commercial leasing and project development, made the entire process seamless.

From the get-go, Aaron's approach was hands-on. He took the time to walk me through the various stages of our transaction, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with each decision made. His expertise in development financing shone through, particularly when navigating the challenges associated with securing the necessary funds for our project. His insights were invaluable, not just in clinching the deal but also in strategizing for our project's long-term success.

What stood out to me was Aaron's leadership in restructuring and securitization transactions. He orchestrated a strategy that was both innovative and grounded, allowing us to maximize our investment while mitigating risks. His ability to provide cogent advice on municipal law also played a crucial role in smoothing out potential regulatory hurdles, ensuring our project complied with all local ordinances.
