Before becoming an associate at BLG, Karleigh gained invaluable experience during her summer and articling terms at the firm, laying a solid foundation for her current practice.

Karleigh's portfolio includes significant transactions, such as advising Stone Canyon Industries LLC on its strategic acquisition of Industrial Container Services, LLC, a deal that underscored her ability to navigate high-stakes environments with a transaction value in the vicinity of $1 billion. She also played a pivotal role in the $70 million acquisition by Trimac Transportation Services Inc. of Gibson Energy's Canadian trucking operations. Furthermore, her involvement in the merger between META Growth Corp. and High Tide Inc. through a statutory plan of arrangement showcases her adeptness in facilitating complex corporate restructuring and mergers.
