I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Kolapak on a pretty complex financing deal that involved multiple parties across borders, and let me just say, Mark is the real deal. Our company, based right here in Calgary, was navigating through an acquisition that had us tied up with partners in both the US and Europe. The financial intricacies of this deal were something else, but Mark handled everything with such ease and professionalism.
