His notable accomplishments include guiding Kelt Exploration Ltd. through a substantial $510 million sale of its oil and gas assets to ConocoPhillips, assisting Trimac with its strategic $80 million acquisition of Gibson's oilfield transportation services, and advising Capital Power Corporation on its $387 million purchase of the Goreway natural gas combined cycle generation facility.
