I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on a pretty complex merger that involved my startup and a larger entity. It was a whirlwind, to say the least, but Stephanie's mastery over corporate law made the process seamless. What struck me was her ability to navigate through the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions with ease. Our deal had layers—public and private aspects, financing intricacies, and a maze of regulatory compliance needs. Stephanie tackled each one head-on.

One thing that really stood out to me was her experience with both private and public companies. We had a series of financing rounds, and her guidance was invaluable, especially when it came to the public offerings of securities. She's also a pro at ensuring everything is up to snuff with stock exchange listings and corporate governance.

Her involvement with Sansero Life Sciences Inc. and Rise Wellness in their merger with CannaGlobal really spoke volumes about her capabilities. It was one of the reasons I decided to go with her in the first place, and she didn't disappoint.
