5 out of 5 stars

I had the pleasure of working with Valeria on a rather complicated insurance claim defense case, and I have to say, she knocked it out of the park. Right from our first meeting at her office in downtown, near the bustling Stephen Avenue, I could tell she was the real deal. Fluent in both English and Russian, Valeria navigated through the complexities of my case with ease, and her ability to converse in French was a bonus in dealing with some of the documents we encountered.

What really set Valeria apart was her hands-on experience. Having started her journey at BLG through summering and articling before climbing the ranks to an associate, she brought a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the table. Her background in general civil litigation and health law proved invaluable, offering insights that were both profound and practical.

Not only did Valeria show exceptional legal prowess, but her involvement in the community, notably co-chairing the BLG Reads to Kids Program in Calgary, highlighted her commitment to making a difference both in and out of the courtroom. Her professional affiliations with the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Calgary Bar Association only added to her credibility and depth as a legal professional.
