Worked with Penny in family law proceedings. Most lawyers care about what is best for children and want parents to get along. Penny wanted to increase her income and wasted a lot of time arguing. She would write court orders not as they were ordered, wasting more time. She would just drag on proceedings and argue a lot over points already agreed too.
