Alison's legal journey has been nothing short of impressive. Armed with a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Honours) from the University of Guelph, Alison embarked on a career that would see her excel in various areas of law.

With bar admissions in Alberta since 2015 and British Columbia since 2023, Alison has delved into diverse industries, including agribusiness, construction, life sciences, and more. Her practice areas span class actions, commercial arbitration, construction litigation, energy litigation, and dispute resolution.

Alison's forte lies in commercial and general litigation, where she has navigated through a myriad of individual and corporate disputes. From contractual wrangles to insurance matters, Alison has adeptly handled tort-based claims, breaches of trust, and fiduciary duties, alongside commercial and residential tenancy issues. Her expertise extends to patent infringement cases and addressing improper corporate governance and director and officer liabilities.

In the realm of energy litigation, Alison has been instrumental in representing clients embroiled in royalty disputes, operator/non-operator conflicts, and issues concerning drilling, pipelines, and oil and gas facilities.
