He also represented the Graham Group of Companies in the acquisition of AECOM's Energy Operations and Maintenance Division, positioning them as a major player in Canada's construction and industrial services sectors.

In addition, David has counseled clients on significant acquisitions, such as Greenfire Acquisition Corporation's acquisition of Japan Canada Oil Sands Limited and Peloton's acquisition of Cevian Technologies, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in navigating complex transactional landscapes.
