Kelsey, with a solid legal foundation from the University of British Columbia and the University of Saskatchewan, embarked on his legal career upon his admission to the bar in 2001. His expertise spans a comprehensive range of practice areas, notably anti-corruption, bribery, capital markets, and corporate governance, alongside mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. His career took a notable turn overseas, where for over two years, Kelsey honed his skills in the Finance Department of an international law firm in London.
