Scott is deeply entrenched in corporate law, honing his skills in various legal domains. His expertise extends to private equity, fund formation, and investments, among others.

Throughout his career, Scott has spearheaded numerous significant transactions. Notably, he played a pivotal role in Canaccord Genuity and PI Financial's C$36 million private placement of common shares for Blackline Safety Corp. He also represented Haywood Securities as the underwriter in Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd.'s C$23 million public offering of units.

Additionally, Scott has been instrumental in RBC Capital Markets' involvement in Mullen Group Ltd.'s C$125 million public offering of 5.75% convertible debentures.

Beyond his professional engagements, Scott remains actively involved in the legal community. During his time in law school, he pursued studies in the Netherlands and Finland, focusing on the law of the European Union. Moreover, he dedicated his time to volunteering with Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc., showcasing his commitment to serving the community.

Scott's academic achievements underscore his dedication to excellence. He graduated with a JD from the University of Saskatchewan, earning the Bronze Medalist distinction with Great Distinction. Prior to that, he obtained a BA with Great Distinction from the University of Lethbridge.
