RBC is the executor of my twin sisters will and has submitted an application to the court to decide if her will and memo dated 1996 should stand over her new unsigned will dated 2023 the day she passed only 3 weeks following her husband. M was very ill and we had an appointment made for the lawyer, Kimberly Howe from Schuett Goodfellow to come to the house to sign in 2023. RBC had requested a one word name change which delayed the signing. The wills are different as you can imagine with the years apart and also had a memo with personal bequests. I understand that what the judge rules will be the end however I really want to try and make sure that M’s last wishes were represented.
