Her notable work includes guiding Baytex Energy through a substantial US$1.75 billion debt financing arrangement. This involved facilitating the acquisition of Ranger Oil Corporation, comprising a US$1 billion revolving credit facility, a US$250 million term loan, and a US$500 million bridge facility.
