Do not hire this lawyer and her paralegal Carol for anything. Do your research and look at their qualifications and see where they even got their degrees. The law firm has absolutely no integrity or morals. As per the contract we signed with them for the selling of our condo, they were to release monies that were owed back to us and when the time came to that, they neglected to do so. Do yourself a favour and find a lawyer that will not steal from you.

Hi, I am Beverly Mendoza and I am the one being maligned in this posting that is slanderous/libelous and against the law. I am aware of the person who posted this comment. Please remove this comment for the following reasons. First of all, this comment provides libelous statements that are against the Criminal Code of Canada, therefor, illegal. I know this/ese person/s and the one propagating these statements was not our client. I have never been charged with theft, more so being convicted. To present to others that I have stolen something without proof and without legal basis besmirches my reputation. Second, the comment presents allegations of my educational background that are not true. These statements are discriminatory and hateful to my race and ethnic origin. I reserve the right to file a claim under the law, for the illegal posting of this comment, especially in the guise of a person posting this under anonymity, without basis and truth and without investigation.
