Allison Mitic

Since joining Wise Scheible Barkauskas in 2019, Allison has dedicated herself to family law and criminal defense. With a JD from the University of Alberta, she's equipped with a strong legal background. Allison's courtroom experience spans all levels of court in Alberta.

Beyond her legal education, Allison pursued additional training through the Alberta Arbitration & Mediation Society. This training honed her skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation, providing her with a well-rounded approach to addressing clients' needs.

What sets Allison apart is her client-focused approach. She believes in tailoring strategies to each client's unique situation, whether it involves negotiation or litigation. Allison's dedication to efficiency and effectiveness ensures that clients receive the best possible representation.

Outside of her legal practice, Allison is deeply committed to community service. She volunteers her time to provide free legal information and advice to low-income individuals in Calgary. Her involvement with organizations like Calgary Legal Guidance and the Lawyer Referral Service demonstrates her passion for promoting access to justice.

As a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Criminal Defence Lawyers Association, Allison remains actively engaged in the legal community. Her contributions extend beyond her professional commitments, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact in both the legal field and the community at large.
