Did not follow through on any promises once retained as none of the staff was available due to going on holidays on a very time sensitive family issue regarding a fair amount of money! Could not get responses from the office and when I did! I was answered by amera, a seemed to be a self centered individual who seems to think she is privileged as to the way she talks to people! When asked as to what was going on with my case I was told it hadn't been touched and things didn't work like that! When questioned as to why I was sucked I to using this firm, dan was told how time sensitive this was and I was treated like garbage and my retainer was sent back! Nope! No recommended!
