Imogen Jenkins

Imogen Jenkins, a skilled Barrister & Solicitor, joined DM&H in May 2018 following her completion of a Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. Her journey into law began while working as a Legal Assistant at a prominent full-service firm in Edmonton, AB, while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree.

With a firm belief in resolving family disputes through cooperative and collaborative methods, Imogen is equally adept in the courtroom, having represented clients at various levels, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal.

Beyond her legal practice, Imogen is deeply involved in community service, dedicating her time to organizations such as the Women’s Centre of Calgary, the YWCA Sheriff King Centre, and Freestyle Alberta. Hailing from Jasper, AB, Imogen's love for the mountains is evident, often spending her free time skiing, mountain biking, or hiking with her dog Murphy.

In addition to her community involvement, Imogen's professional associations include the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers.
