Brenden has adeptly managed both local and global financing endeavors, representing a spectrum of clients including agents, lenders, and borrowers. His experience doesn’t end here; it also encompasses leasing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, alongside routine corporate and commercial advisories.

His journey to Fasken was marked by significant experiences, including his time at a leading Calgary law firm and an in-house role at an energy corporation during his summer law stint, after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law.

Brenden’s advisory role spans several industries, notably in mining, where he has been pivotal in transactions such as Dessercom's acquisition of Airmedic and Sassy Resources' strategic divestiture to Galloper Gold Corporation. His guidance in private equity financing for Westgen Technologies and his involvement in Aris Gold Corporation’s Colombian joint venture underscore his broad expertise.

With a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario, Brenden's educational background lays a solid foundation for his legal practice. His dedication extends beyond the office as he coordinates sponsorships for the Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter, demonstrating his commitment to community service.
