In another significant arbitration, Mihai defended an oilfield services entity in a construction dispute with claims surpassing the billion-dollar mark.

Mihai's adeptness isn't limited to the oil and gas sector. He has played a pivotal role in the CCAA proceedings of a Canadian mining entity indebted by over 800 million dollars, acted on behalf of the liquidator in the dissolution of an Ontario credit union, and represented a secured creditor in the restructuring of a British Columbia mining firm.
