Mark Hein, based in our Calgary office, specializes in various areas of civil litigation, including insurance defense, commercial disputes, and employment law. With over a decade of experience in the travel industry, Mark brings a unique perspective to his legal practice.

From 2002 to 2007, Mark worked as a travel agent and was licensed to sell travel insurance. He then expanded his horizons, working in corporate travel for large banks, oil, gas, and mining companies across three continents. This diverse background gives him valuable insights into his clients' needs and challenges.

Mark is not just a lawyer; he's also a dedicated volunteer. He has lent his expertise to organizations like Civil Claims Duty Counsel and the Queen’s Bench Amicus Court Assistance Program, demonstrating his commitment to serving the community.

Outside of the office, Mark leads an active lifestyle. He's an avid cyclist, runner, and golfer, always seeking new adventures and challenges. As a passionate fan of Tottenham Hotspur, he also enjoys following English football. Additionally, Mark has set himself the goal of attending a game at every Major League Baseball stadium, combining his love for sports with his love for travel.
