Admitted to practice in Ontario and New York in 2019, her expertise spans a wide array of sectors from energy to telecom, making her a versatile asset in complex legal landscapes.

Her academic journey is impressive, with an LL.M. from the London School of Economics, where she honed her skills in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulations, and a J.D. from the University of Alberta. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and French, Danielle’s global perspective enriches her legal practice.

Before her time at Osler, Danielle gained valuable experience in Calgary, advising on regulatory, environmental, and Indigenous law issues, which laid a solid foundation for her current focus areas. Her role in significant transactions, like Hydro One Inc.’s sustainable financing initiative and TELUS Corporation’s multi-tranche note offering, showcases her capability to navigate the intricacies of high-stakes deals.
