Gerald Grenon

Gerald, a partner in the firm’s taxation practice, is a seasoned legal expert with a wealth of experience. His expertise spans all facets of tax dispute resolution, from navigating CRA audits to representing clients in court.

With appearances before the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Canada, and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, Gerald has a proven track record of success. He's been involved in landmark cases, including Canada Trustco v. The Queen and Shell Canada v. The Queen, where his advocacy led to favorable outcomes for his clients.

Before joining Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Gerald was a partner with a leading Calgary firm, where he honed his skills in tax dispute resolution and litigation. Prior to that, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honourable Barry Strayer of the Federal Court of Appeal.
