With an impressive background that includes both a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba, she brings a dual-focused expertise to her role.

Her practice is deeply rooted in labor and employment law, where she crafts sophisticated agreements for employment, contractors, and executive compensation, alongside developing comprehensive workplace policies. Heather's skills shine brightly when navigating the complexities of employee terminations and crafting separation packages, ensuring both legality and fairness are upheld.
