Nathan has demonstrated his prowess in litigation by representing clients in significant legal battles before esteemed courts such as the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. Additionally, he has adeptly handled alternative dispute resolution proceedings like arbitrations and mediations.

Among Nathan's notable achievements, he secured a $25 million judgment for Chemtrade Electrochem Inc. against Superior Plus Corporation. Furthermore, he successfully obtained a $28.5 million judgment for TAQA Drilling Solutions Inc. against Yar Holdings Inc. after a trial and subsequent appeal.

As lead counsel, Nathan also defended a multinational steel manufacturer against an application for a pre-trial attachment order, showcasing his strong advocacy skills.

Additionally, Nathan has been involved in high-stakes disputes, representing major players like ConocoPhillips, Statoil, and Anadarko in multi-million dollar conflicts with Geophysical Service Inc. over seismic data use and fees.

Furthermore, Nathan has a proven track record of obtaining favorable outcomes for clients, such as securing a temporary injunction for Corus Radio Inc. in the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
