Neal's expertise shines when he navigates foreign-based entities through the intricacies of acquiring or investing in Canadian ventures, as well as when guiding Canadian firms in their overseas acquisitions or managing significant foreign assets.

Since his admission to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2001 and Alberta in 2002, Neal has become a go-to advisor for Canadian public company compliance, a testament to his comprehensive grasp of the regulatory landscape. His work doesn't stop at borders; Neal's proficiency extends to orchestrating private equity financings and spearheading both private and public offerings of debt and equity securities across Canada, the U.S., and beyond.

Before his tenure at Osler began in 2007, Neal honed his in-house legal skills at Shell Canada, during its tenure on the TSX, providing him with invaluable corporate counsel experience.
