Rhea Solis

Rhea Solis is a seasoned practitioner in corporate/commercial and securities law, offering counsel on an array of corporate and securities transactions. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity ventures, and corporate finance matters, both domestically and internationally. With a robust portfolio encompassing public and private securities offerings, fund formations, stock exchange listings, initial public offerings, and various corporate restructurings, Rhea brings a wealth of experience to the table.

In her capacity, Rhea has crafted an assortment of securities and corporate/commercial documents, including subscription agreements, offering memorandums, information circulars, prospectuses, and agreements pertaining to amalgamations, share and asset purchases, joint ventures, and limited partnerships.
