Scot Menzies

In his role as a partner and co-founder of WK Family Lawyers LLP, Scot leads his clients through challenging situations towards tailored solutions. Employing a collaborative approach, he prioritizes amicable resolutions in family legal matters. Scot also maintains a litigation practice and has represented clients at all levels of Court in Alberta.

Having grown up in Calgary, Scot was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2000. Initially practicing as a general civil and commercial litigator, he transitioned exclusively to family law in 2003. Before establishing WK Family Lawyers LLP, Scot served as a partner at Soby Boyden Lenz. He obtained his B.Sc. in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary in 1996 and his LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1999.
