Catherine Fitzgerald

Catherine Fitzgerald has been an integral part of Moe Hannah LLP since November 2015. Bringing her expertise in immigration law, Catherine finds joy in assisting clients in evaluating their unique circumstances and offering tailored legal advice.

Having witnessed the effectiveness of collaborative approaches to family conflicts during her legal training with the firm, Catherine strongly advocates for non-adversarial solutions in cases of marital breakdown whenever feasible.

With a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Calgary in 2009 and a law degree with Commendation from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in 2012, Catherine's academic achievements underscore her dedication to the legal profession. She was called to the Bar in Alberta in May 2015, after qualifying to practice law in Canada in 2014.

Beyond her legal endeavors, Catherine finds fulfillment in skiing, golfing, and contributing to animal rescue organizations in Calgary.
