Caitlin Graham

In her role as the legal talent director in our Calgary office, Caitlin Graham oversees the student and associate programs. Her responsibilities encompass recruitment, continuous education, and performance evaluation.

Caitlin, a vital member of the senior management team, fosters effective communication between associates and management, ensuring a cohesive work environment.

Before joining our firm, Caitlin gained valuable experience in energy regulation at an international law firm. She also served in legal capacities for both a multinational energy transportation company and an integrated Canadian energy company. Additionally, Caitlin shared her expertise as a guest lecturer at universities, focusing on Aboriginal law and environmental law for engineers.

Her diverse background and commitment to legal excellence make Caitlin an invaluable asset to our team. With a J.D. from Dalhousie University and a BSc. in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, Caitlin was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2013, demonstrating her dedication to the legal profession.
