Joining our Calgary office as a summer student in 2011, Ms. Hesje-Platis has since established herself as a valued member of our corporate and commercial law practice. Her background spans a diverse range of infrastructure and energy-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, and regulatory affairs.
