Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang, an associate on the capital markets team in our Calgary office, brings a wealth of experience in banking, corporate finance, and restructuring to her practice.

Her expertise encompasses syndicated and bilateral financings, capital markets debt offerings, and asset-backed lending. Joyce is actively involved in international and domestic insolvency and restructuring matters, representing corporate borrowers, national, and international lenders.

Before joining our firm, Joyce gained valuable experience working in the legal department of a multinational energy transportation company. Additionally, her background as an auditor at two prominent accounting firms adds depth to her understanding of financial matters.

With a J.D. from the University of Calgary and a B.Comm. in Accounting with Distinction, Joyce is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of corporate finance and restructuring. Admitted to the Alberta bar in 2021, she continues to excel in providing top-notch legal services to her clients.
