Sean Wallace

Sean Wallace is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer, specializing in the energy and natural resources sectors. With a diverse background, he has handled various transactions, including asset acquisitions, share purchases, and project development.

Having completed a two-year secondment at a midstream energy client, where he served as in-house counsel, Mr. Wallace gained invaluable experience in overseeing significant transactions worth over $1 billion. His role also involved advising on litigation, regulatory matters, and providing legal support across different departments.

In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Wallace is an integral part of the employment and labour team. He assists employers in negotiating employment contracts, severance packages, and navigating employment-related issues during corporate restructurings.

Since joining the Calgary office in 2017, Mr. Wallace has made significant contributions, leveraging his prior experience at a top regional firm and a major Canadian pipeline company.
