Annie Tonken

Annie Tonken operates within the realm of corporate commerce, specializing in mergers and acquisitions alongside corporate finance and securities law.

Her expertise extends to facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers, which encompasses share purchases, arrangements, and amalgamations. Annie is equally versed in guiding issuers through both public and private equity and debt offerings.
