During his time at law school, Brendan distinguished himself as an editor of the Alberta Law Review and garnered academic accolades, including the prestigious Chief Justice S. Bruce Smith Prize for academic excellence in his first year at the University of Alberta.

Before joining Bennett Jones, Brendan gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the Alberta Court of Appeal. His journey with the firm began during his summer and articling terms, paving the way for his current role as an associate.

Brendan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, followed by a Juris Doctor degree with distinction. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2020, marking the commencement of his impactful career in tax law.
