Brynne Harding

Brynne Harding boasts a diverse commercial litigation practice, offering guidance and defense in various disputes, including tax and administrative challenges. With appearances in all levels of Alberta courts, Tax Court of Canada, and Federal Court, she navigates complexities with ease.

Prior to her tenure as an associate, Brynne served as a law clerk to Hon. Justice Marshall Rothstein of the Supreme Court of Canada, honing her legal acumen.

Beyond her legal practice, Brynne is deeply committed to academia, teaching Administrative Law at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. She also shares her expertise as an instructor in Trial Advocacy and Legal Research Classes.

Passionate about access to justice, Brynne actively contributes to community service initiatives. She serves on the editorial board of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) magazine Law Matters and volunteers with the National Self-Represented Litigants' Project. Additionally, she represents individuals and organizations pro bono in cases of high public interest.

Brynne's academic journey includes a BA with first-class honors from Mount Allison University, an MTS from Harvard University, and an LLB with distinction from the University of Calgary.

Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2013, Brynne Harding continues to make significant contributions to the legal field and her community alike.
