Chris Skelton specializes in facilitating large commercial transactions, focusing particularly on private investments, acquisitions, and project joint ventures. Additionally, he oversees the formation of investment funds and conducts domestic and international corporate structuring. Within the energy sector, Chris handles a variety of commercial transactions.

Representing a diverse clientele, Chris works with U.S. and Canadian private equity firms, as well as international and domestic energy companies. His clients range from major Canadian, U.S., Asian, European, and global entities involved in upstream, midstream, and integrated energy and industrial operations.

Chris's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 1991, followed by a Bachelor of Laws in 1992. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1993, marking the beginning of his successful legal career.
