D.K. Naffin

Daron Naffin's legal expertise spans a spectrum of fields including energy, environmental, and regulatory law, as well as municipal planning, expropriation, and surface rights. He represents a diverse clientele ranging from oil and gas companies to municipalities and utilities.

His extensive experience encompasses various facets of energy facility applications and environmental concerns, particularly in contaminated sites and Alberta power projects.

In his legal practice, Daron is frequently seen advocating before a multitude of judicial and administrative bodies, including the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of the Alberta courts, and regulatory agencies such as the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Environmental Appeals Board. He also navigates proceedings at the Land and Property Rights Tribunal, the Natural Resources Conservation Board, and similar bodies in British Columbia.
