Ellen Forsyth

With a keen eye for detail, Ellen Forsyth practices general commercial litigation, specializing in health law and professional negligence. She has represented clients before various courts and administrative tribunals in Alberta.

An active contributor to legal literature, Ellen recently participated in the creation of the Annotated Alberta Employment Standards Code, showcasing her depth of knowledge in employment law.

Starting her legal journey at Bennett Jones as an articling student, Ellen's commitment to community service was evident even during her law school days. She dedicated her time to organizations such as the Women's Centre of Calgary, Student Legal Assistance, and the Pro Bono Students Canada Human Rights project.

Ellen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Admitted to the bar in Alberta in 2021, Ellen brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to her practice.
