Julia Pasieka

Julia Pasieka's expertise in corporate commercial law spans a broad spectrum of areas, from facilitating commercial transactions to navigating mergers and acquisitions. She brings a wealth of experience in asset and share purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, and amalgamations.

With a keen focus on the energy sector, Julia adeptly negotiates and drafts energy contracts, particularly those related to the development of oil and gas as well as renewable resources. Beyond her legal practice, Julia is deeply engaged in the Calgary community. She serves as a committee member for the Canadian Energy Law Foundation Fundamentals Seminar, where she contributes her insights to industry education. Julia's journey to becoming a seasoned lawyer began with her academic pursuits. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Mount Royal University, followed by a Master of Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, solidifying her foundation in law.
