Having served at Alberta's Energy Regulator (AER), Keely boasts comprehensive experience across the entire spectrum of oil and gas affairs in Alberta. Notably, Keely played a pivotal role as counsel for the AER in the landmark Supreme Court of Canada ruling involving Redwater Energy, setting precedence on environmental liabilities in insolvency cases.
