Since joining Blakes in 1988, Mungo has carved out a distinguished career, primarily advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and the development of major energy infrastructure projects. His expertise spans the natural resources and infrastructure sectors, including a wide array of commodities such as petroleum, natural gas, oil sands, electricity, potash, pipelines, LNG terminalling, and power generation and transmission. Mungo's proficiency in P3 (public-private partnership) projects further underscores his versatile legal practice.
