Steven Bodi is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer, specializing in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and other corporate matters. With a keen focus on detail, he has represented a diverse clientele, including issuers, underwriters, and companies involved in a myriad of transactions.

His expertise extends to private and public equity and debt offerings, both domestically and internationally. Steven has facilitated cross-border financings, managed commercial paper, and directed medium-term note programs with finesse and precision.

In addition to his work in M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases, amalgamations, and plans of arrangement, Steven has been instrumental in advising founders of startup and early-stage companies.
