Victoria Rudolf boasts a dynamic litigation practice, delving into a spectrum of legal domains. Her expertise spans commercial litigation, securities litigation, language and human rights law, health law, and employment law.

Before assuming her role at Bennett Jones, Victoria immersed herself in various legal experiences. She summered and articled with the firm, laying the groundwork for her professional journey.

Throughout her academic tenure, Victoria's dedication to legal scholarship was evident. She interned at the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals in the Hague, gaining invaluable insights into international legal processes. Additionally, she dedicated her time to volunteering at Student Legal Services and Pro Bono Students Canada, showcasing her commitment to public service.

Notably, Victoria has left her mark on legal literature as the co-author of the recently published Annotated Alberta Employment Standards Code, a testament to her depth of knowledge and expertise in employment law.

Her academic achievements are impressive, graduating with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2015, followed by a Juris Doctorate with distinction in 2019.
