Notably, she has a keen focus on construction, Indigenous matters, and the intricacies of oil and gas litigation. Her courtroom presence is established, with appearances in Alberta's Provincial and King's Bench Courts, as well as in private arbitration settings.

Before her tenure at Blakes, Wajeeha contributed her expertise to an international law firm, laying a solid foundation for her current practice. Her journey into law was preceded by a significant role at the University of Calgary's intellectual property and tech development office, complemented by her master's in biomedical technology. This diverse background fuels her multifaceted approach to legal challenges.

Her linguistic prowess in Urdu and Punjabi enhances her ability to connect and communicate effectively, broadening her client base and understanding of multicultural aspects.

Wajeeha's notable legal engagements reflect her breadth of expertise. She has defended against a groundbreaking C$20-billion claim for Indigenous title in Alberta and navigated complex product liability issues for a global pharmaceutical leader. Her arbitration acumen was spotlighted in a pivotal case for a national telecommunications giant, alongside her advisory role on Indigenous consultation for energy projects. Her legal strategy also proved decisive in a significant P3 infrastructure dispute for a leading power company, and she has staunchly defended professionals in health and legal sectors against liability claims.

Beyond her case work, Wajeeha dedicates time to pro bono efforts, especially for those without representation, via the Alberta Court of King's Bench Amicus Program. Her memberships in the Canadian and Calgary Bar Associations, along with The Advocates' Society, underscore her commitment to the legal community.

Wajeeha's academic achievements include her JD from the University of Calgary in 2018, preceded by a master's in biomedical technology and a BSc from the same institution. Her admittance to the Alberta Bar in 2019 was a pivotal milestone, marking the formal start of her promising legal career.
