Aidan Henderson

Aidan Henderson is renowned for his prowess in civil and commercial litigation, tackling a diverse array of legal matters spanning banking, foreclosure, debt collection, insolvency, regulatory law, corporate disputes, personal injury, wrongful dismissal, construction, breach of contract, and defamation, among others.

With a decade of experience, Aidan has navigated clients through every stage of litigation, from inception to trial, appeals, and enforcement of judgments. He boasts a track record of success in various courts and tribunals, including the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen’s Bench, and Court of Appeal.

Having joined Caron & Partners in February 2021 after a fruitful tenure at a regional firm, Aidan brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His academic background in political science from the University of Calgary, coupled with his experience as an assistant to a Member of Parliament and involvement in political campaigns, enriches his understanding of complex legal issues.

Beyond his legal practice, Aidan is deeply engaged in the community. He volunteers with Student Legal Assistance, the Court of Queen’s Bench Amicus Project, and various charitable organizations in Calgary and the surrounding area.

On a personal note, Aidan's passion for hockey extends beyond the courtroom. He officiates at elite levels of amateur and professional hockey, including the Western Hockey League and the American Hockey League. Additionally, he enjoys spending time hiking in the mountains, camping, and cherishing moments with his two children and foster dogs.
