Adam Weryha brings a wealth of experience to his role, boasting a diverse background in corporate law. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities law.

Before joining Bennett Jones, Adam honed his skills at a prominent corporate firm in Toronto. Additionally, he served as a senior policy advisor in the Office of the Premier of Ontario, providing invaluable insights into justice, labor, and financial services.

During his time in law school, Adam further expanded his knowledge through an internship with the Governmental Affairs Office of the American Bar Association in Washington D.C.

Adam's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University. He is admitted to the bar in both Alberta and Ontario, with a wealth of expertise to offer clients in navigating complex legal landscapes.
