Erin Runnalls

Erin J. Runnalls, a pivotal figure at Gowling WLG's Calgary branch, boasts an impressive 15-year tenure in a diverse array of legal fields including commercial litigation, health law, and professional negligence, alongside her prowess in insurance law, international arbitration, class actions, constitutional matters, and defamation and media law.

Her expertise in commercial litigation has not gone unnoticed; in 2022, Erin was spotlighted as a "Lawyer to Watch" in this domain within the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. Additionally, her accomplishments earned her a spot among the "Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40" by Lexpert in 2021.

Serving as a Bencher for the Law Society of Alberta, Erin contributes significantly to the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Her leadership extends to her roles on the boards of ASSIST and the Public Interest Law Clinic at the University of Calgary. Since 2015, Erin has actively participated in various Law Society of Alberta Committees, focusing on Credentials and Education, Practice Review, and Conduct.
