So, I gotta give a big shoutout to Mike Hrabok from Cassels. I was dealing with some heavy-duty real estate matters in downtown Calgary, and Mike came to the rescue.

We met up at his office near Bow River, and let me tell you, he was on top of his game from the get-go. He really knows his stuff when it comes to secured lending financing transactions and commercial real estate matters.

What impressed me most about Mike was his ability to break down complex legal jargon into language I could actually understand. He made sure I was fully informed every step of the way, which gave me a lot of confidence in his abilities.

Mike, I wanted to reach out to you for a real estate situation. I still remember how compassionate you seemed when we briefly met a few years ago. My partner died a year ago after we had a lightning strike and fire. We did apparently hit the news. I am getting on in years and just wanted to know if you could take over my property at the time of my passing. There is almost a half an acre and it is said to be worth quite a lot but real estate can fluctuate in price so what can be sold at a million or two may not be relevant. There would also be the contents to leave as well.
