Prince Arora

Operating within the tax group, Prince Arora serves as an associate, specializing in domestic and international corporate tax planning. With a background in advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, Prince brings valuable expertise to the table.

Before joining the team, Prince honed his skills in the tax division of an international law firm and served as a judicial law clerk with the Tax Court of Canada. His hands-on experience equips him to navigate the complexities of inbound and outbound investments, as well as domestic and cross-border reorganizations.

As a member of the steering committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation Young Practitioners, Prince remains actively engaged in his field, staying abreast of the latest developments and best practices.

Prince holds a J.D. with a concentration in Business Law from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. with distinction from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Admitted to the bar in Alberta in 2021 and British Columbia in 2020, Prince continues to demonstrate his commitment to delivering top-tier tax solutions tailored to his clients' needs.
